We were invited to take part in a limited competition for a new Medical Centre & Family Planning Clinic in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. In order to part fund the development the client wished to construct a number of flatted dwellings integratal with the complex.

Design ideas were requested as part of the interview process, which was endorsed by Lothian Health Board.

Unfortunately the client could not fund full professional fees and was requesting that the design team take the project forward at risk until a developer could be found who would take on the delivery of the project.

The project remains un-built.
