Mixed Needs housing infilling an existing Gap Site
with a traditional tenement block with a pend through
to the rear giving access to a walled courtyard containing
the stair tower and two smaller pavilions.
The site is in a conservation area and the materials have
been chosen to be sympathetic with the surrounding buildings.
