Atholl Palace Timeshare

This project is located in the former walled garden of the Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry.

Initial designs were for general needs housing with encouragement from Perth & Kinross Council.

Examplars reviewed were the village of Fortingall in Glen Lyon and Goose Green in Gullane.

When the ownership of the hotel changed we obtained planning consent for 20 units of timeshare accommodation. Each dwelling has living accommodation at first floor level to take advantage of the fantastic views, and all bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The dwellings are of generous proportions and have been designed to reflect the traditional architecture of the surrounding area.
